Adrian is a U.S. Army veteran, certified birth doula, and lactation specialist with a deep commitment to birth equity, community-centered care, and improving outcomes for women and families. Through Motherland, she is building a network of doulas committed to providing grounded, culturally centered care.

She believes every woman deserves access to informed, compassionate guidance—because knowledge, preparation, and presence are essential to a confident and empowered birth experience.

As the founder of Motherland Doula Co., Adrian serves families across Central Iowa, offering both in-person and virtual support. Her approach is grounded, intentional, and designed to guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with clarity and confidence.

Adrian is professionally trained in childbirth education, postpartum care, lactation support, and community health, and is certified through DONA International. Her work is rooted in a commitment to improving outcomes for women of color and ensuring more families have access to supported birth experiences.

When she’s not supporting families, Adrian enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
